This is regarding your productivity software and system, or whatever fancy ass name you wanna give it.

It has to be basic yet productive.

I know for a fact that productivity softwares are making people less productive and I’ve personally experienced it myself too.

I recently made my productivity suite into the most basic way possible.

I use Apple Calendar to schedule meetings, Apple Notes to write and a pen and paper for everything else.

I even stopped using a daily To-Do List and replaced it with a weekly list. Week 12 has just 3 tasks now. (I will not show you that 🌚)

I have sticky notes too. I like to visually see what I’m gonna do with my life.

It usually has the top 3 or 4 goals that I want to achieve in the coming year. Some I might fail, but I will never stop trying.

Don’t complicate your system.

Make it friction free.

You’ll visibly see the difference in a very short time.

Let’s stay productive. Not trying to feel productive.
