When I read this, I understood something very important. It’s always about how much we have control over us.

Discipline is what we do when no one is watching us.

When you have that sort of discipline, you will definitely do something great. Unlike me when likes wearing a Man United Jersey sometimes when no one is watching. (Not so minimalist, huh!)

But yeah, every achiever has a tremendous amount of discipline and attention to detail.

Take Steve Jobs for example, he wanted to paint the inside of the machines black too, even if no one would ever see it.

LeBron James has been disciplined for more than two decades now and that is why he is still on top of his game.

People who do the extra % when the whole world thinks that it doesn’t matter is what is discipline.

And trust me, people with this discipline hardly fail.
