Make your brand impossible to ignore

Back in the early days, I tried to sound "professional." You know, all those boring LinkedIn phrases and safe-as-milk slogans. The only people who noticed were family and bots.

- I stopped hiding opinions. When I hated something? Said it. When we stood for something? Got loud about it.
- Gave every customer touchpoint a taste of that personality. DMs, receipts, even our damn 404 page.
- The "party test" became my home screen wallpaper. Kept me honest.
