A year ago, I almost fell for the biggest trap in the whole “AI can do everything” gold rush.
I’ve just left GUVI, I’m gearing up to send my first for stupidpreneur newsletter for the week, and every damn day my feed’s full of “1-click AI” promises.
Supposedly, you could launch a business or write killer copy with the right Chrome extension.
You just had to be “smart about prompts,” right?
Well, I tried it. Plugged in ideas, hit generate, got back copy faster than I could brew my morning coffee.
And you know what?
It all sounded... fine.
It’s just that it was indistinguishable from the thousands of AI-driven campaigns out there.
That’s when it hit me: if everyone’s using the same tech, the only thing that stands out is what you decide to do with it. The taste to know what matters, and the agency to actually do something different.

I see founders and copywriters burning out, pumping out work that “checks the boxes,” but never stops anyone in their tracks.
AI’s made it stupid easy to publish. So why are most newsletters, ads, and landing pages practically invisible?
It’s not effort that gets you noticed. It’s discernment — knowing what to toss and what to keep. And the balls to actually own your approach.
But don’t get me wrong. I’m not again AI in anyway. I’ve significantly incorporated AI in my life to an extent that I don’t need 4 people to run my business.
It’s just that we outsource the most important part of our life and it makes us human.
Tomorrow, I’ll show you where most folks screw this up. Spoiler: it’s not because they’re lazy or lack ideas.
It’s something deeper.
See you for round two.
